Offence is the best defence as they say. But we think it is not entirely true. The thing is that any conflict is bad for both parties subject to its consequences. Professionalism is to predict a possible development of conflicts and take steps to avoid their occurrence. This problem should be split up in two: occurrence of conflicts within the company and conflicts with the external forces.

• analysis of the company’s business activities in order to identify the signs of conflicts, which are about to happen;
• analysis of the external environment to identify threats;
• analysis of regional risks.
